  We have thought long and hard before posting this review but we don't want anyone else to go through what we have been going through. A vet misdiagnosed our dog's bladder cancer even though his symptoms were the frequent need to urinate. The excuse for the misdiagnosis was that she had never seen him straining when emptying his bladder. Im not sure how a vet would ever see this in their patients. Surely we should have been asked certain questions to rule out other possibilities? After blood tests showed nothing, we were told that it was age related. We didn't feel that this was the case as it was completely out of character and asked for our dog to be scanned; the inoperable tumour was then found. Please don't always trust your vet, especially if they aren't asking enough questions. Go with your gut instinct. No one apologised for our dog's misdiagnosis as apparently vets do not do this we were told. Karen and Alex

  I wish to say a heartfelt thank you to this practice. My cat George was not registered with this vet. He was killed by a car and someone stopped and took him to Cambourne Vets. They traced me through his chip and were so kind and thoughtful, even sending me a condolance card. I would recommend this practice and will use it should we ever be brave enough to get another cat.
